The quality of awards entry submissions keeps on growing year by year. This means that the three awards juries have to make difficult choices between good, very good and outstanding entries. The result is a rich harvest of finalists, with the pick of the crop in each of the three awards categories. The awards are always presented in the same order, starting with the Georges Giralt PhD Award, then the Tech Transfer Award and finally the Entrepreneurship Award. This is a logical sequence that tracks the journey from new knowledge via practical application to commercialisation – three stages from concept to commerce. In future newsletters we will look more closely at the submissions and projects that made it to the final stage this year. Meanwhile, here are the results of the 2023 euRobotics Awards Congratulations to everyone who made it to the ceremony at SDU in Odense, especially the winners.
