Full registration for SciRoc 2021 is now open! Teams can register via the SciRoc website. The deadline for registration is Tuesday 15th June, 2021 and all qualifying teams will be announced the following week.

The second edition of our Smart City Robotics Challenge (SciRoc) will take place in the beautiful city of Bologna, Italy from the 6th – 11th September 2021. SciRoc will be an exciting but socially-distant event where teams can get together to compete.

This year, the challenge will be focused around the theme of ‘Smart Inclusion’ and will be divided into a series of five episodes, each consisting of a task to be performed through addressing specific research challenges.

Full rulebooks for each episode are now available via the SciRoc website. Teams are encouraged to review and comment with any questions or feedback directly on to the rulebook document. Our dedicated team of editors will review all feedback and respond directly.

We will also be running a webinar series to introduce teams to each episode and answer any questions. Webinars start on Thursday 27th May, and are aimed at teams interested in competing, however everyone is welcome to attend to learn more about this year’s challenges.

We look forward to seeing you in Bologna!
