Robotics workshop – Maritime Technical School Dubrovnik
At Maritime Technical School Dubrovnik robotics workshop for first year students will be held.
The lecturers of the robotics workshop will be Ivica Kolarić and Jelka Hrnjić from the Croatian Robotics Association, and Dalija Milić Kralj, a professor at the Maritime Technical School Dubrovnik. In the workshops, students will learn the basics of robotics and robot programming through practical examples and tasks.
The workshop will serve as preparation for the robotics alka, which is planned to take place in Dubrovnik in November. The first robotic alka in Dubrovnik took place exactly ten years ago in front of the Rector’s Palace. In addition to the preparations for the robotic alka, the students will also prepare for the RoboCup Junior Zagreb 2020 competition, which will be held in December in Zagreb,.
The robotics workshops and the robotic alka are the result of cooperation between the Croatian Robotics Association, the Maritime Technical School Dubrovnik and Dubrovnik-neretva county & City of Dubrovnik Association of Technical Culture.
