Robotics: Open days at Instituto de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial
During November, the Institut de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial celebrates the Week of Science and the European Robotics Week, performing its activities in the period from November 18th to 25th.
For this reason, open days will be held. Schools or education centers which would like to visit our laboratories or get closer to research experience are invited to contact us.
The sessions will begin with an introductory talk where participants will be informed about the composition of the center, lines of research (Automatic Control, Mobile Robotics, Kinematics and Robot Design and Perception and Manipulation), milestones achieved in recent years and activities carried out as well as the applications of all the work developed by the center. Next, visitors will visit the laboratories where different researchers will conduct experiments, explain the specific characteristics of each research area and resolve the doubts and concerns raised by the attendees.
