Leonardo Visionary
Leonardo Visionario PNSD #25, in the 500th anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci, proposes to teachers a national training project on innovative teaching methods and digital technologies in education. Communication technologies will be presented as constituents of learning environments.
In the Third Millennium, characterised by the fragmentation and compartmentalisation of knowledge, ICT can enable teachers, if used intentionally in the dimension of an ‘augmented’ network, to restore the humanistic ideal of the unity of knowledge and of a knowledge which, in its recomposition, through the study of Nature and the analysis of Experience, becomes Education.
The project involves the provinces of Lecco, Bologna and Genoa, as well as the Italian Adult Education Network, and aims to promote and support communities of practice that develop teaching proposals for the various school levels, through training sessions, interregional residential seminars and MOOC distance learning courses.
