Competing Global Visions and Shared Futures: Panel discussion, ICRA 2026

Welcome to Vienna! General Chair Marcus Vincze addresses ICRA delegates
Members of the euRobotics community at this year’s ICRA found themselves in good company in Vienna.
The association was present, active and very visible with its own booth, which was shared at various points during the event with several euRobotics members: Autonox, Robotnik, Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Comau, Fictionlab, and HUN-REN SZTAKI (Hungarian Research Network, Institute for Computer Science and Control, Research Laboratory on Engineering & Management Intelligence).
Elsewhere at ICRA’s impressive exhibition hall the ERF2027 delegation had also set up with their own stand to promote ERF. euRobotics BoD member nd ICRA Industry Chair Petra Koudelková Delimoges introduced a Panel discussion onCompeting Global Visions and Shared Futures from Europe, Asia, and the US, while Vice president Industry Rainer Bischoff was a jury member for the IEEE Innovation & Entrepreneurship Award (IERA) . Many euRobotics members took part in this year’s ICRA, as presenters, exhibitors or as delegates. Feedback about the event was excellent. This was no doubt a source of well-merited satisfaction by another euRobotics luminary, Markus Vincze, who had played a key role in the build-up and delivery of ICRA 2026 as General Chair. Next year’s ICRA will take place in Seoul, South Korea.
