ERL2026 Event overview

The European Robotics League 2026 (ERL2026), was held from 13-15 May in The Hague, Netherlands.

Event description

Think of the European Robotics League as the “Champions League” for robots. The ERL is a major European competition where the best minds from universities and tech companies come together to solve real-world problems. Instead of just talking about the future, these teams build it—testing their robots in the wind, sand, and busy public spaces of our coastal “Living Lab.”

TEAMS COMPETED IN 5 DIFFERENT FIELDS OF ROBOTICS UNDER THE THEME OF SMART URBAN ENVIRONMENTS:

• EPISODE 3: ROBOTIC SOLUTIONS FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE AND PUBLIC HEALTH

• EPISODE 4: SMART CITY ROBOTS – ‘BARISTA’ BOTS

• EPISODE 5: SMART CITY ROBOTS – CLEVER SAND MANAGEMENT
