Registration has now opened for the next European Robotics Forum.  As always, speed rewards the fast responders. Members with a complimentary ticket code who register during the Early Bird period will be able to enjoy ERF for free. Those without a complimentary code will be able to register at the lowest rate, currently £386 (around € 450) + VAT. The Early Bird rate will be available until 1 December. After that date regular pricing will apply and the cost will rise.  Meanwhile, preparations continue for ERF 2027.  Following what turned out to be a healthy response to the call for workshops, the analysis and clustering stage has been completed and a provisional workshop programme is now available.

The Call for Scientific Track papers is still open – deadline 12 October.  With an added focus this time on sustainability, industrial applications and the circular economy, submissions are invited for original, peer-reviewed contributions on robotics and AI for robotics, this year with a strong focus on sustainability, circularity and industrial applications, in line with the umbrella theme for ERF 2027.

Meanwhile, sponsorship positions and exhibition space are both proving to be popular. Demand for both has been encouraging. ERF relies for its continued success on the support provided by sponsors and we are pleased that PAL Robotics, ARIA, Autonox and Ocado Group are each already on board as sponsors. Equally, much of the value of ERF each year – for visitors and exhibitors alike – comes from the exhibition. To date, ERF attendees can already expect to see Deep Robotics, Manufacturing Technologies Association, MyBot Shop, Ouster, Shadow Robot and XSens on the exhibition floor, with many more names expected to be confirmed in the coming weeks. The sponsorship and exhibitor prospectus remains available for other organisations who would like to take advantage of the opportunities of being involved with ERF 2027.

Looking back to Stavanger, after each ERF is over, the workshop reports and presentations provide continuing value. Since this year’s ERF in Stavanger, euRobotics has been gathering materials from the various workshop leaders so that these remain available as an archive for euRobotics Members. You can search the ERF 2026 workshop archiveby workshop title (listed numerically from WS01-WS68). You can also savour the flavours of Stavanger again by revisiting the ERF 2026 picture gallery
