It’s September, which in the European Robotics Forum (ERF) calendar means membercodes. This is typically the time of year when euRobotics sends out membercodes. Fully paid-up members of the association are entitled to a certain number of free tickets to the European Robotics Forum (ERF) each year. The exact number of free registrations is based on each fully paid-up member organisation’s turnover/budget.
The key words here are ‘fully paid-up’. It’s quite simple. Organisations that have paid their annual invoice for membership of euRobotics and are therefore ‘fully paid-up’ are entitled to receive free membercodes for ERF. If your organisation is a member and you have not yet received membercodes for ERF2026, it may be because the membership invoice still has to be paid. Sometimes a Purchase Order (PO) number has not been supplied. So if you are in this position, the solution is quite simple. Check with your organisation’s purchasing team, make sure euRobotics has received a Purchase Order number, check that there’s no other internal procedure that may be blocking payment, and check again to ensure the payment is made. Job done. After that, wait for your free member codes, then register for ERF and look forward to spending springtime in Stavanger!
