Our Vice President Research, Juha Röning, is among speakers from industry, policy, and academia at this year’s one6G Summit which is taking place on 18-19 September in Bologna, Italy. Further underlining the importance of this technology for euRobotics, Secretary General Reinhard Lafrenz is also taking part. He explained why: “In future, more and more mobile devices such as drones, automated cars and devices in factories will be connected. Having a seamless integration is vital for smooth operation and also cybersecurity. It’s important that the robotics community is involved and active in shaping the 6G standards to come.”
