Help us build a vibrant workshop programme
euRobotics is looking for a committed Programme Committee member to support us with the development and execution of a vibrant, stimulating and inclusive workshop programme for the European Robotics Forum. As a member of the euRobotics Programme Committee you will play a critical role in shaping the programme of the Forum.
We are especially interested in adding one or two members to the Programme Committee who are willing to deal with at least one of the following topics…
- Healthcare robotics
- Service robotics
- AI and Robotics
… and to offer support for additional topics.
The future Programme Committee member will:
- Support the development of a high-quality workshop programme in the 2-stage process established since ERF2025
- Help to align Expressions of Interest (EoIs) for workshops so that the final workshops are thematically focused and interactive, attracting audiences from industry, research and potentially others such as policy makers or investors
- Provide support and feedback to workshop organizers/ workshops
- Participate in online committee meetings (every Thursday from 16.30 – 17.30 CET hours)
- Work together with other Programme Committee members in completing the programme.

Becoming a Programme Committee member is open to everyone affiliated with an euRobotics member organisation.
