In a nutshell…
AIdAM is the association that has been representing the innovative industry of mechatronics applied to machines and solutions for assembly, testing, and handling in Italy for 25 years.
Its main objective is to create value around the mechatronics industry to represent it with increasing strength and to promote the growth of members and the entire sector.

University of Belgrade – School of Electrical Engineering (ETF) is one of the leading higher education institutions in electrical engineering and computer science in Southeast Europe, and one of the largest, with 5.000 students at all levels. ETF is committed to meeting the highest standards in pedagogy, research and applied science.
Robotics related activities:
ETF Robotics group is ETF’s unit responsible for education and research in robotics at ETF and is one of the main drivers of Serbia’s science and technological development in robotics. As one of the leading competence centers in industrial and healthcare robotics, ETF has participated in numerous EU projects including Digital Innovation Hub networks (DIH2, DIH-HERO), MUSAE, cascade grant experiments in collaboration with companies within SHOP4CF, ReconCell, Master-XR Horizon projects. ETF leads national research in robotics, through Serbian Science Fund projects in robotics development and applications – ForNextCobots and CircuBots. ETF staff are members of scientific committees of the major regional robotics conferences – Int. Conf. on Robotics in alpe-Adria-Danube Region (RAAD) and IcETRAN in Serbia.
The focus of research and applications are physical human-robot collaboration, robot modelling and control, and human-centric Industry 5.0. ETF collaborates closely with regional robot vendors ABB, FANUC and KUKA Serbia.
ETF’s vision is to be a focal point, initiator, creator, and most prominent supporter of robotics research, education, and applications in Serbia and throughout South-East Europe. “We aim to provide companies, students, investors, innovators, policymakers, and the general public with high-quality robotics-related services in education, technology, and business. “We aim to continuously contribute to robotics innovations, companies’ productivity and competitiveness, opening new opportunities for young engineers and scientists in Serbia and stimulating interaction with the European robotics community, exchanging opportunities for collaboration and support.”
