The chairs, juries and entrants of the three euRobotics awards are now counting down to March when the annual awards process reaches its conclusion. As we always say, these three well-established awards together represent the full arc of robotics development from idea to lasting implementation. Firstly the research, recognised through the Georges Giralt PhD Award, one of Europe’s notable prizes for exceptional scientific research. Next, the transition from research to practical viability, recognised via the Technology Transfer Award. Then, the bringing of technology to market through highly adept entrepreneurship, for which euRobotics what we are now proud to name as the Renaud Champion Entrepreneurship Award.

With one week left, there is still time for a last-minute entry (full details via the links above) for both the Technology Transfer Award and the Renaud Champion Entrepreneurship Award, with a deadline on 21 January. However, the deadline for applications for the Georges Giralt PhD Award has passed.
